Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves the atelier.
Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility – most orders under $800 clear without them in the US.
Every shipment is insured against loss. If a parcel goes missing, we replace or refund it – you never carry that risk.
If anything arrives damaged, photograph the box before opening further and contact us within 48 hours.
