Covered for 12 months

• Seams, hems and lining that fail with normal wear
• Buttons, zips, hooks and interior fastenings that come loose or break
• Cloth faults that appear with the first two cleanings
• Waistcoat and trouser construction faults on three-piece sets

Not covered

• Normal wear: creasing, elbow shine, trouser hems, leather patina on shoes
• Alterations by a third party, including hemming, taking in or pressing
• Damage from a hot wash, bleach, moths, or a hot iron on the cloth
• Accidental damage, smoke, or a garment that no longer fits

How a claim works

1. Message us with your order number, a description and photos of the fault.
2. We diagnose by photo first; most issues are solved with a simple repair or a replacement part.
3. If it needs service, we arrange tracked shipping to our workshop – we cover it both ways inside the first 90 days.
4. Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks door to door. If we cannot repair it, we replace the suit or refund it.

Alterations and your own tailor

Trousers ship unhemmed on purpose, and hemming is not a fault – it is the fit. Have your tailor set the length and break, and keep the offcut in case you ever want it lengthened. Alterations do not void the warranty on the cloth or the seams; they simply are not covered themselves.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, and does not limit the 30-day return.
