Who you are buying from

Bolt & Baste, No. 35 Xingdong Road, Xingning City, Meizhou, Guangdong Province, China 514500 (“Bolt & Baste”, “we”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and how they are formed

This site works by order request: you submit your details, we confirm stock availability by email, and you receive a secure payment link. An order is formed when payment is completed and we confirm dispatch. If a size sells out or a price was listed in error, we will tell you before any charge and refund anything already collected.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you were quoted at order time is the price you pay. Payment is by card or PayPal through a secure hosted link. We never see or store your full card details on this site.

Sizing and alterations

You are responsible for choosing the correct size using the size guide or our advice, and for having trousers hemmed by a tailor of your choice. Hemming and alterations by a third party are not covered by the warranty and make the suit non-returnable, except where the garment itself is faulty.

Shipping and risk

We dispatch within 1-3 business days of payment and ship tracked. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises; delays at customs are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, but every shipment is insured by us – if a parcel is lost in transit we refund or replace it. Import duties and taxes, where due, are your responsibility.

Returns and warranty

The 30-day returns policy and the warranty are part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Product descriptions

We describe every suit as accurately as we can, including composition, measurements and colour. Screens show colour differently – if a cloth colour is not what you expected, the 30-day return is your answer.

Intellectual property

The Bolt & Baste name, this site’s text, and its images belong to us or our licensors. Do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Tailored clothing needs the care described on each product page; follow the care notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in this clause removes protections you have as a consumer in your own country.
